Rechner Sensors' High Performance capacitive sensor line features Rechner's industry leading Quattro EMC protection against interference voltage, electrostatic discharge, electromagnetic radiation, and transient bursts.
The High Performance line also features superior temperature drift characteristics built into the sensor that keep your machines running accurately on the coldest nights and the hottest days.
Additionally, High Performance Sensors are linearly optimized so that they detect a large range of dielectric products at the same distance. This is useful if your product has the potential for variations in materials or in pellet size: like in mixed grains, or mixed plastics.
All of these features translate into a much more stable signal for you, the customer. As an additional consequence of the signal stability, High Performance sensors are able to have a 25% larger sensing distance over all of the competition.
